Theme: Peace and Harmony in the World.

 

Length: Max 150 words, printed on one page.

 

Language: English or Konkani. Both languages will be judged as one.

 

Categories: (a) Juniors upto 10 years  (b) Seniors 11 to 15 years.

 

Content: The matter must reflect the individual's own composition and prayer. Entries with plagairism will be disqualified.

 

Coding: The top 3" of the page should include: name of entrant, date of birth, school, class, telephone number, email address, and passport photo if available. Each entry will be coded and top portion, with the entrant's particulars, will be torn off before the matter is passed on to the panel of judges.

 

Judging: Three eminent persons, fluent in English and Konkani, and conversant with the subject matter and literary styles.

 

Submission: Insert the write up into an envelope. Seal and drop the cover into the GCO box kept in the Parish Office of Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Ruwi.

 

Deadline: Last date is 1st January 2009 at 8 pm.
