The GCO will be celebrating the feast of the patron saint of Goa St. Francis
Xavier with Mass in Konkani on Friday, 5th December 2008 at 10.30 am at
Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Ruwi. Following Mass, there will be the First Annual Get-together of all Goans in Oman at Al Masa Hall, Ruwi from 12 noon to 6 pm. Shuttle service will be arranged between the Church and the Hall for those who desire transport. The Get-together will include:
The Lunch tickets are priced at RO 3 per head (same for adults and children) if purchased before 25th November 2008. Thereafter, the rate of the tickets will be RO 5 per head till stocks last. The event is limited to Goans and to their spouse and children. Christians and Non-Christians are welcome. We expect this to be a grand show with over 1000 Goans from all areas of the capital and interior. So do not miss out on the fun and bonhomie.
